Fitness Rangers encourages and empowers recruits of all levels in a welcoming group setting to achieve their best possible results. Located in East Sacramento, we offer state-of-the-art gym and training facilities, multiple bootcamp classes each day, on-site personal training, barre, boxing, kickboxing, and childcare. A dynamic fitness experience for achieving measurable results.

How to prepare

For Barre classes socks are required in the studio. For Boxing classes you must bring your own boxing gloves & hand wraps For Yoga classes you must bring your own mat. Gloves, Socks, Wraps available for sale at studio.

How to get there

We are located in East Sacramento at 1717 34th Street. We are just off of Highway 50 or Business 80. We are located on the east side of 34th Street in between Stockton Blvd & Folsom Blvd.

RXfit with Conor
Much slower paced than Fitness Rangers other classes. I personally prefer the HIIT class that this replaced, but RXfit is a good way to really work on whatever exercises they have planned that day (there were 3 exercises + some rowing machine sprints this day). Conor is a great coach.
Kickboxing with Ryan
Great class; great workout. Ryan incorporates sparring, bag work and other cardio while teaching you some new moves. The gym has gloves to borrow if you dont have your own.

Rebecca teaches a killer barre class. Her sets were fast paced and transitions were energetic. Grip socks are a must for the studio because its carpet.
