About this studio

Fitness Rangers encourages and empowers recruits of all levels in a welcoming group setting to achieve their best possible results. Located in East Sacramento, we offer state-of-the-art gym and training facilities, multiple bootcamp classes each day, on-site personal training, barre, boxing, kickboxing, and childcare. A dynamic fitness experience for achieving measurable results.

How to prepare

For Barre classes socks are required in the studio. For Boxing classes you must bring your own boxing gloves & hand wraps For Yoga classes you must bring your own mat. Gloves, Socks, Wraps available for sale at studio.

How to get there

We are located in East Sacramento at 1717 34th Street. We are just off of Highway 50 or Business 80. We are located on the east side of 34th Street in between Stockton Blvd & Folsom Blvd.

Chris gives the best bootcamps. Always challenging and never easy!! Music is great and hes always such high energy.
HIIT with Conor
good but transitions need to flow a lot smoother, much of the time in class spent waiting on instruction, setting up for exercises... for HIIT it should be more intense and have more (organized) intervals.
