How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Everything is great, clean & comfortable here. I just wish there were more TRX straps available at the TRX training zone. There were 2, but one was locked therefore unusable.

AntiGravity® Yoga with Kirstin
Scary at first, but super enjoyable. The instructor, Michael, has a great sense of humor, laughed at myself and the positions many times. Recommend wearing a T-shirt!
ZUMBA® with Jennifer
Jennifer was a positive, upbeat and supportive instructor who taught the moves for the class in a smooth and concise manner. I recommend the class if you like to dance and don’t worry about whether or not you’re a pro dancer because everyone is there to just have fun and move to the best of some fun music.
Vinyasa Yoga with May
May L was such a fun and awesome yoga instructor. She taught yoga poses in a fun yet informative way. Her personality made the environment cheerful even though the yoga poses were quite challenging. If you’re new to yoga or are a beginner (like me) or even a pro yogi, I recommend taking her class. I felt challenged and at peace after the practice.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
