    Brian was the best teacher/coach/trainer that I could ask for. It was my first time and he was so attentive to me in a class of 30 people. He taught we me the moves and helped me change my settings on my treadmill. I was initial scared because I do not typically run, but he was so encouraging and I left really proud of myself afterwards. I would definitely come again! Thank you so much Brian!

    This was my first workout class and loved it. Ian was so nice and welcoming. He explained all the moves clearly and provided examples of some modifications/advanced moves. Ian also gave me corrections on my form when necessary. It was obviously a group class but I still felt like he was attentive to each person. The place itself was easy to find and clean. At the end, Ian provided wipes for everyone to clean our equipment before putting things back. 10/10 would recommend!
