    The instructor, Emily, was soft spoken and not super clear about instructions. The group was small, 5 of us, with only 2 having any aerial experience. We did a lot of stretching and warming up -- which was good and much needed. We tried silks, the ring and the hammock. The class was a good workout and gave me a good idea of what I need to do to prepare if I want to continue learning aerial arts.

    Good class and teacher, though very gentle for a level 2, compared to what I’m used to, and perhaps just a different style of teaching Pilates reformer.
