I’ve been wanting a postpartum class but just for me 😅 I’m still a little apprehensive about bringing baby to public classes but my body is not ready for hard-charging vinyasa just yet. This class is the perfect balance of gentle stretching with a healthy dose of pelvic floor activation and strengthening. Maija was a delight. Her sequencing is thoughtful and her cues are intelligent. I loved being offered a few different modification options for where my body is at. I’m planning to make this a regular part of my week!

see all reviewsThis was my first workout class and loved it. Ian was so nice and welcoming. He explained all the moves clearly and provided examples of some modifications/advanced moves. Ian also gave me corrections on my form when necessary. It was obviously a group class but I still felt like he was attentive to each person. The place itself was easy to find and clean. At the end, Ian provided wipes for everyone to clean our equipment before putting things back. 10/10 would recommend!

see all reviewsEvery time I come to this class, I’m impressed by the new torture the instructor comes up with. At the end, I’m convinced the human body can withstand any pain including the pain of working out with this instructor for 50 minutes. This class is HARD. I go to Barry’s, OTF, rockclimbing - but you don’t know pain until you’re dripping sweat in a hundred degree room ruthlessly being driven to keep using your glutes and triceps in the most minute movements OVER AND OVER WITH NO REST. I’ve seen new people drop out like flies while the seasoned veterans just keep flexing grimly. I know I sound like I hate this class (I probably do) but I keep coming back and rating it five stars, so that should probably tell you all you know.

He taught me about leg stability and balance when striking and/or defending. This is a very technical class, which I prefer over combat cardio classes.
