see all reviewsI really like karmas classes, but there are a lot of things about this studio I dislike. For instance, the classes in the big room are too full and the numbers are silly. Also, you can’t move your number if you signed up thru CP, but they may move you from your original spot to “spread the class out”. Also, there’s no stretching at the end of class. And their toilet paper is a joke

The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.

see all reviewsI was impressed how the instructor was able to correct my form on 2 or 3 of the 15 exercises and 22 attendees. The duration of the rotations was spot on as I was gassing out only at the last two sets of a 15 set rotation. A no BS class. A big plus is what I would describe is an indoor/outdoor setting, that is, yes, technically we were indoors, but the front was open keeping it a little coolish (though I was undoubtedly sweating). The instructor also had a feel for the room, like he could sense some strong form, but he wouldnt call you out, just some, "that's what I like to see" or if we were straining towards the end, some extra encouragement.
