Boxing for Health has coaches on site that are licensed for amateur and professional boxing. How to prepare

Please bring gloves, handwraps, a towel and water bottle. The gym rents and sell gloves and handwraps.

Very difficult class that will leave you exhausted at the end. The instructor knows how to push those that can handle more pushing. Super hard ab workout, too. You'll definitely be sore the next day, but it's such a fast paced and varied class that it goes by super fast and is really fun!

The day I went it was: 15 minute warm up, 20 mins on the bag, 15 mins doing footwork, and 10 mins core. I’d love more bag work, but I can’t complain! It was a great class.

This is my new favorite thing. Miguel was great. And I can barely pick up my arms an hour after class. I’ll definitely be back.
Strength Training Boxing with Wayne
As others mentioned, class doesn’t really start until 10-15 after. The time was to do our own warm up but dont think we need that entire time to ourselves. Or just come at 5 and use some of that time for your wraps. Good, solid workout with a lot of bag work. Would have liked the floors to be a little cleaner especially since we were laying down for core work.

What is ClassPass?
