    These flow classes with Graham specifically might be my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. Instructor was amazing, multitasking the whole time to help fix individual participants’ form even within a full class, I was called out multiple times which can be expected. I made the mistake of doing Bootcamp just before this barre class…..do not do intense exercise prior to this class, your muscles will not be able to take it.     Amazing class, Mikayla was thorough with their explanations of each move and went around the room correcting form which I found to be very helpful. I have tried out Classic and Align classes at Pure Barre before which I liked, but this class stood out for me because we were able to use a heavier set of weights and had more of an emphasis on upper body which you don’t really find in most barre/pilates classes.
