Excellent instructor! I’ve been practicing yoga for years and I felt challenged. It’s hard to meet the needs of a newbie and seasoned yogi but he did a pretty good job. May be helpful for there to be a beginners and/or advanced level yoga class at least 1x per week 😉 so those ready to get into more advanced poses and flows have a chance do so!

Y7 instructors are so inconsistent. One of the core features of the class is to set an intention and close the class out with a dose of motivation via inspirational quote. Courtney always chooses unique intentions and quotes for each of her classes. She has great flows and guidance. Love her so much! I hate how Y7 still charges for mats. The purpose of going to yoga is to relax but it’s hard when you have to carry a lot of equipment over or need to pay money to secure materials for class. Humming Puppy provides ALL equipment that is how it should be. Stop nickle and diming everyone.

Jeff is the best teacher and his jivamukti style is asana is my favorite. But that's not the only reason why I prefer Jeff's class over all the teachers I have had in my 20 years of practicing yoga. The readings from the yoga sutras, the chanting, and yes even his talks are a vital part in my practice. I see these bad reviews of his class and scoff. I'm sorry but those people just don't understand real yoga. They don't know how to go beyond their thinking mind and don't realize (yet) what they're missing out on. So if you're not ready, keep taking fluffy boutique yoga classes that are *good vibes only*. That will only take you so far.

I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Salt Cave Sessions

This was such a cool experience! The woman at the front desk was super helpful. The place was super clean, very relaxing, and unique! I do recommend listening to them when they tell you to dress warm- it’s 67 degrees. They give you a blanket but just make sure you’re properly dressed. #ClassPassInsider

    All-levels Vinyasa Yoga

Casey was easygoing, had fun music, and gave really clear cues. This class was challenging (contrary to another review), but I suppose yoga is as challenging as you make it. Highly recommend. I will def be going back. This class is the best deal in town (75min!).

    Unified Hum

I moved to Colorado in 2020. I came back yesterday and Humming Puppy was back and it made me so happy. The class was wonderful and the studio with space light sound — there is nothing like it!!! So happy it is open again and I am lucky enough to be able to practice yoga there ❤️

    In-Studio SoulFlowYoga

I’ve taken hundreds of yoga classes and this ranks in the top 5. Both restorative and challenging, Michelle facilitated nurturing of the mind/body/soul connection, release of what was stuck + creating space for new energy. I left feeling lighter in body and spirit.

The class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students
