Vic is an incredible instructor! She creates such a safe space with gentle language, offering more support and more challenge throughout the flow. I always leave feeling loose, warm, invigorated, and calm. Thank you <333

see all reviewsI’ve never had anything less than a 5-star workout here - Taylor’s class was challenging and pushed me to my limits for sure. 🔥 However, the vibe was muuuuch different than any classes or events I’ve ever attended with the studio. I arrived a few minutes early and it was just Taylor and I in the studio for a bit. She did not look at, acknowledge, or speak to me the entire time which I found really odd? Even when walking by me. If it was my first time there I’d be so put off to the experience. I debated reviewing because I absolutely adore this studio and all their staff, but felt like they should know. Again - if I was a newbie I probably wouldn’t come back based on my experience with Taylor.

see all reviewsThis class was very welcoming for folks who have never done tai chi before (like me)! And there were still many people there who clearly knew the movements so it was easy to follow along during the parts that were less explanatory. Lois was a great instructor and happy to take questions as we went along if people had any. At 31, I was the youngest there by at least three decades, but I never felt singled out or unwelcome. The man at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. Thanks so much!!

see all reviewsDenna was great! Challenging and fun— I liked doing 15 counts as opposed to 20-30 counts. Was a little disappointed by a latecomer that came to class 10 min late and slowly moved directly in front of me so I had to move to a different spot in the room in order to still see my form in the mirror. Not Deanna’s fault, but perhaps the studio should designate space for late attendees so they don’t block other classmates.

She incorporated really interesting, unique (and challenging!) stretches into the flows - ones I’ve never done before in any yoga class. see all reviewsI have to say that it is very rare to find Carly’s energy in a workout class. It is cheerful and positive. The dance room is heated like a dry sauna room (not as hot as a sauna room), so make sure you do not wear too much clothes! But trust me, you will fall in love with dancing in a heated room, it is hot for the moment, but it feels soooo good afterwards! I found my skin is getting so much better after the heated room workout and my body was soooo relaxed. For the class, it is mainly a cardio workout, it has the dancing element: music lights, but do not expect it will be fancy dance moves from the TikTok. To me, it is a good design since the goal is to workout and have fun without spending too much energy on figuring out the complicated movements.

see all reviewsClass was conducted both in Mandarin and English. Instructor was very nice and helped adjust our poses. I had an intense stretching session. Place was clean. I'm only knocking off one star because I don't want to hurt this business but some things to improve: 1) Check-in process. Different people found this studio through different methods and we had to sign our names on scrap paper. A real sign-in sheet or premade list of students who already paid could make things smoother. 2) Poses didn't transition well for what I'm used to, my personal preference. 3) Minimal circulation with no windows, turning on a fan could help.

I do a lot of yoga and found this intense. I don’t love how dark it is because it’s hard to find points to look at to find your balance.
