About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.We cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

I didn’t enjoy this workout. It’s a good workout, all my tiny muscles are sore but I found it painful and not fun. Glad I gave it a try, this was my first barre class.

After reading not so great reviews about Jill, I was a little nervous BUT when I took class with her she was amazing. She introduced herself and kept close watch on me as I did my first class. She was very proactive on adjusting my posture and helping me through. When I needed a break from the move I didn’t feel intimidated to stop while the rest of the class kept moving. This workout was unlike anything else, I was using muscles I hadn’t even thought of before! Highly recommend Jill & pure barre for a great workout but I would suggest being at least a little in shape since it was a pretty challenging class.

Instructor made sure I was in the correct position for each exercise and made modifications as needed. Excellent class for all ages and abilities. Stretching each body part after working is great for building long lean muscle. Friendly and helpful staff.I loved the class and will definitely be back.

What is ClassPass?
