Bar Method with Missy
Missy is great! - like all the instructors I’ve had at Bar Method. The classes do move quickly from one exercise to the next but all the instructors are very attentive to student form and give corrections. I’ve taken a few classes at the other popular chain competitor but the instructors seemed less knowledgeable and certainly weren’t as attentive.

This was only my second bar class. I’m really glad I didn’t give up after the first session, at a different studio. Christine was encouraging, and the other class members were supportive and welcoming. I’m already feeling the effects of the class 4 only hours later (in a good way) and am eager to go back. I would highly recommend.

1.New students must arrive 15 mins early 2.Socks and pants required (no shorts) 3.Only non-breakable water containers allowed 4.No gum or cell phones 5.Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6.Pregnant students (new) must take prenatal class or DVD. Returning students should have a doctor’s note
