About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. We cannot accommodate late arrivals 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

This class is good, but jumps right in on the intensity, so stretch or have your coffee beforehand!
Pure Barre with Norby
This location has the best instructors of all Pure Barre locations, I just really wish they would replace the equipment and regulate the temp better. All the hand weights have the outer plastic layer peeling off, half the lockers are broken and the carpet is old. Every time I walk into the studio I start sweating. Please update equipment and turn on the AC!

What is ClassPass?
