About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1.New students must arrive 5 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

Great workout for busy people. Personally I felt that it was too fast for me and think I would prefer to take a dance class, but I could see how this would be great for people who want a quick way to activate certain muscles.

Alice is a very good instructor! My back felt all out of wack during our seat work. Sometimes I can’t figure out the position I should be in during pure barre classes and I would love more hands or verbal on corrections. Studio was cold throughout class

What is ClassPass?
