Brooke is a friggin rockstar of an instructor - by far one of the best at physique, along the lines of Erin Bellis, Ashlea P + Jenn W. She’s absolutely relentless with her profiles, using the most of the hour to get in more sets / reps, with zero time wasted, quick transitions + concise cueing during position setup. Every position flows into the next one seamlessly + theres no way you won’t feel the burn during her class! The 1st section of Thighs alone covered round back chair into incline, to rocking chair, then flat back chair. Killer! Loved how she switched up the normal format and covered round back core work with the band before glutes. Wish I could take her more often. Newer instructors + those who teach a less intense Sig II desperately need to learn from her.

Great glute work today, I love the new format of the class. The exercises are more intermixed so anyone who’s been going to P57 a while will feel like a newbie again since you can’t predict what’s coming next. Really helps you focus! The instructor was great too.

Diana is an expert at barre! Her workout is so targeted and effective. Every single move made feel sore. She’s attentive and patient. Amenities are modern, clean, and but the hairdryers and tampons are cheap. Barry’s and other facilities offer Babybliss and plastic tip applicators.

I was in such a bad mood when I entered this class, and left feeling much better. Always a challenge, but more what you bring to it rather than being a set skill level. This is my favorite workout to do when I’m a bit run down, as it’s highly modifiable. Loved Jenna’s cardio bursts too.

I feel like alex is a hidden gem amongst the exhale instructors - he consistently brings a thorough + incredibly challenging profile with an extensive arm series and longer thighs than most...think we covered 6 different positions today! Live Exhale classes and all the amenities they provide on the locker room but warmer water in the shower would be SO NICE!!! Excellent instructor, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and a great workout. I'm not so sure xtend barre is for me because of my awkward/ non coordinated/ non dance oriented body, and I kind of had a hard time getting past the music which was causing great flashbacks to my mom teaching jazzercise and dance in the 80's, but outside of those personal issues - lol - I have to say this is a great class. I might try it again a few times to see if it could grow on me!

Surprisingly hardwork out. Quick in and out 45 min workout. Instructor was friendly and asked my name and checked on me (New to studio, and platform). I was sweating a ton. You will use the platform, velcro weights that go around the wrist and ankle. And two pound weights. The studio is long so its sometimes hard to see the instructor if she is on the other side. Huge lobby. There is a changing area, bathroom, lockers with keys.

For some classes, the quality and energy level of your instructor means everything. The Bar Method is one of those classes, and Nikki is an awesome instructor. She is sweet, energetic, and encouraging, entertaining you with funny stories to take your mind off the at-times painful work you are doing. Plus, she will subtly make sure to correct your form, so you can avoid injury, without making you feel embarrassed or singled out. Mixed is a well-rounded barre class that will leave you feeling energized, with loose and limber muscles, for the rest of your day. A great way to start your weekend.

Tara is the best. Literally the best motivator, the best teacher and the most "together" instructor there is! The one thing that is frustrating is how the mats and floor aren't ever clean. This was the first class of the day and my mat was filthy. For such an otherwise upscale place this is really strange and this is a recurring issue. They should just have everyone clean their own mats after class if it is too much work to clean between sessions.

Our instructor Megan was great, she took the time to correct my stance several times. Was concise and easy to follow. She also topped off the class with an adjustment and aromatherapy with tea tree oil. Playlist was a fun mix which helped to keep me engaged. The facilities need work, a lot of keys are missing on the lockers and the heat was disappointing. Temperature was turned on at 100 but it felt like 80 tops. Such as the fact the throughout the class we would be shaking and that is normal for first timers.
