    F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training)

Being that the class packs are limited and more expensive now...this is the third studio and third class this week where classpass had the wrong instructor posted or instructor switched and classpass didn't send anything. When I sign up for a class a lot of times I am signing up for that instructor...anyway overall teacher was good

    F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training)

One of the most challenging classes I have ever taken but Ashlea was amazing with encouragement, good music and help correcting form. Ashlea also provides more challenging more for more advanced but as a basic Physique 57 goer I did fine. I will definitely be looking to take more classes with her and specifically the FIT one.

Playlist was fire ????definitely more of a ballet barre inspired workout than your typical purebarre class but so great! Joanna was great, enthusiastic without being too much and creative with her exercises. Shaktibarre always knows exactly what my body needs. I arrived to the class super early and was also able to just hang out for a bit, read my book and enjoy the studio. So great! ✨????

    Exhale Barre

The ONLY exhale instructor I’ll take anymore, especially now that these classes cost a Whooping 12 credits, and the level of challenge has drastically dropped to almost a basic level, now catered to unfit, out of shape ppl. Prepare to work in his class. Alex is non stop, wasting zero time in the full hour - we covered 4 thigh positions including a glute intermission, then a set of glute work at both the barre + floor, topped off with 2 sets plank work, rather lengthy flat back + round back core sets, adding to the opening arm work that included 14 movements. Awesomely Killer

Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better. Music hasn’t changed much though in years, not sure if it’s a franchise thing.

Excellent instructor, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and a great workout. I'm not so sure xtend barre is for me because of my awkward/ non coordinated/ non dance oriented body, and I kind of had a hard time getting past the music which was causing great flashbacks to my mom teaching jazzercise and dance in the 80's, but outside of those personal issues - lol - I have to say this is a great class. I might try it again a few times to see if it could grow on me!

For some classes, the quality and energy level of your instructor means everything. The Bar Method is one of those classes, and Nikki is an awesome instructor. She is sweet, energetic, and encouraging, entertaining you with funny stories to take your mind off the at-times painful work you are doing. Plus, she will subtly make sure to correct your form, so you can avoid injury, without making you feel embarrassed or singled out. Mixed is a well-rounded barre class that will leave you feeling energized, with loose and limber muscles, for the rest of your day. A great way to start your weekend.

Amazing class! She definitely turned things up a notch + gave us longer power sets of thighs + glutes to really get the burn going today. Our instructor Megan was great, she took the time to correct my stance several times. Was concise and easy to follow. She also topped off the class with an adjustment and aromatherapy with tea tree oil. Playlist was a fun mix which helped to keep me engaged. The instructor was great. She took time before the class to give me and my wife a mini tutorial and gave us realistic expectations. Such as the fact the throughout the class we would be shaking and that is normal for first timers. She also took time after the class to talk to us encourage us to come back or even try another instructor. The class was great and it kicked our butts. 2 days later and I am still sore.

Danielle was really great. Despite being pregnant with twins, she really had tremendous energy, was able to demonstrate several moves, gave great form corrections, and was all-around very positive. The studio itself is not at all what one might imagine when picturing a Manhattan-style barre studio, but in its little tucked-behind-a-church kitsch, it was very cute and totally served the purpose well. Class was a bit challenging, too! Definitely recommend.
