Core Basics with Avita
This was my first yoga class. I informed the instructor of both that and my area problems before the class. She was great. Small class so she was able to give everyone personal attention. Focused a lot on breathing. Felt very relaxed after.
Yoga with Ropes with Mia
Great for getting yourself aligned! Good for both advanced and beginner
Candlelight Slow Flow with kathryn
I usually love Shambhala but this was a yin/meditation class not a flow at all. I appreciated some of the instructor’s interventions but she talked the whole way through. I feel we had very few actual poses.
Basics Level Yoga, with kathryn
Love!
Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra with Francine
Not as good as Sojourner. Less energetic, less meditative, no essential oils. Sojourner also has a much more soothing voice, better suited for yoga nidra.
Forrest Yoga with Shayna
Nice and relaxing start to the week! Slower paced but longer holds.
All Level Vinyasa, with Shayna
Deep, restorative and feels good. You do sweat. !!
Friday Night Express with Kath
The substitute instructor wasn’t for me, so hopefully next time is better! I found her voice and tone too repeatitive.
Reiki and Restore with Jisann
Jisann is phenomenal. Wonderful loving and beautiful energy, guiding the class into a deep meditation and a more expanded space. Intentional breath work throughout the class.
All Level Vinyasa, with Sophia
Loved her teaching style! A ton of technical knowledge but not at all judgmental or forcing any variation on students.
