Hip Hop Sundays (Hip Hop Inspired Vinyasa) with Beate
Very engaging and loved the infrared heat. I'm more into traditional yoga with a few oms

I really like the studio! The instructor was good but she did one thing I didn't like, where she would say we only have a few more breaths in a hard pose (to be encouraging) and then we'd go immediately to another difficult pose (ie going from plank to a one armed plank). When you're so overheated and exhausted and can barely hold a pose anymore, it's really frustrating when you don't get a break and were expecting one. I really value honesty with yoga instructors, and this lead to me feeling super defeated a couple of times during the class, which isn't a great feeling.

Amazing

Great atmosphere and even greater teacher. Made it easy to follow along as a beginner. Great sense of connectedness and positive energy.

The class was good and definitely worked up a sweat. However, the room/mats smell like old sweat and body odor and it can be distracting. I much prefer the other y7 studios.
WeFlowHard Vinyasa Flow with Hillary
I liked that the teacher started the class with setting intentions. HOWEVER, I could NOT focus all my energy on the flow because the CLEAN mats smelled like HOCKEY SOCKS!!!! And with a whole class of people who rent yoga mats that's smell like hockey socks in a hot and packed room wellllll it can be distracting and not to mention gross! Please make this a priority.

Great class
Hip Hop Wednesdays (Vinyasa) with Emily
Lot of freestyle flow. Only verbal instruction, no mirrors, extremely crowded, barely could hear the hip hop music I thought it would be a lot more bumping and fun . Bring towel, mat and water
