Tristin class is so hard in the best way, I take my time, I take breaks and I’m still able to get a really effective workout. Highly recommend Tristin class for the music and high energy movements, it’s hard to pick a favorite instructor but I truly look forward to Mondays here

    ORIGINAL HOT YOGA (BIKRAM YOGA)

The studio is basic but very clean! Especially for a traditional hot yoga studio. The hot room is a good size - not too big or too small, and lots of mirror space for everyone. The room could have been hotter for me (as someone who practices very regularly). Locker rooms and showers are nice and clean too. Would definitely come back again.

    IN-STUDIO Hot26 (90 Minutes)

The instructor was create. It was my first time with her and she took the time to know my name. And was helping me with the poses. She also took the time to help other struggling. The only thing I didn't like was the men locker room since it only has 1 bath so there is always a line, to shower. Other than that is was great.

    HOT HIIT® 55

Monique’s HIIT classes are the best work out in NYC hands-down! And coming to this nice studio for the first time inspired me to start taking YOGA classes here too, which are also excellent. Highly recommend you try this studio

    Wicked Wunda Chair

Both the instructor and the owner were very welcoming, helped me with tips about my form and incorporated my preferences into the workout. It was my first time using the Wunda Chair and I asked for the beginners version for some of the exercises. I am looking forward to more sessions and to a stronger core thanks to this studio's excellent offerings!

ALCHEMY: Vinyasa x Nidra OPEN LEVEL

This was hands down the best yoga class I’ve ever taken in NY, and I will be coming back again! Michelle was an amazing teacher who took the time to help specialize poses based on different experience, strength, and flexibility levels in the class. I felt challenged with the different mix of poses and felt myself growing in my practice after one class. I truly feel that with a yoga class longer than 60 minutes, so much more can be done. The space was so warm and inviting on a rainy evening, and one of the highlights of the studio was meeting Mystic (her dog)! So happy that this studio opened up close to my home and can’t wait to try the other classes and teachers as well

    Bikram Yoga 60

Great class with Mark. I’m a first timer & Mark introduced himself to me and gave me a run down of what to expect. Super friendly & humorous instructor & he walked around correcting poses. Hot room! Definitely remember to bring your own large mat towel. Studio does rent for $2 though if you forget.
