I normally do the ID Strength class with Tricia Wednesday 7am-8am but the class was full this morning so I got the opportunity to try the same flow with a different instructor. I enjoyed Erin’s attention to detail. I’m trying to do ID Hot Yoga once a day for 2 weeks straight until 1/22/25, so this is a fun, new way to start!!!

see all reviewsI recently tried this yoga studio for the first time and had the pleasure of taking a class with Liz. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

About halfway through class I tend to feel like “Oh god I can’t take this anymore,” and then a few minutes later I feel light and like I’m floating. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

Using the MOTR for a full-body workout and the Bhodi suspension system for core strength and balance challenges, this class keeps me on my toes—literally! Occasionally, the exo chair and other creative props are added, which makes every class feel fresh and exciting. What I love most is how it’s capped at just five people, so the instructor really focuses on each of us, always correcting form, offering encouragement, and keeping things safe while still pushing me to try new moves. This class is the perfect mix of strength, balance, and flexibility training. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and surprisingly energized. see all reviewsWhere do I begin?! I am so happy the studio moved this class up to a 6pm time slot so I could try it out!! This was truly life changing, I was drenched by the end and the aftermath was so healing it kind of felt to me like there was some somatic release happening?! I felt like this session was so healing for me and left with such mental clarity I loved it! I really enjoyed how Lee structured the session and explained things very well. She was able to guide you into much deeper stretches throughout and was just an excellent instructor over all with letting you know how to correct posture and giving modifications if needed or if you wanted to go into more challenging versions the option was there as well. I am super happy. My entire commute home my brain was just saying woooow the whole time. I usually try to take a class here once a month but it looks like I’m going to have to try to hit the deep stretch AND a sculpt or Pilates from now on. I also like how everything is included (mats, towels etc) and you truly enjoy because you don’t have to worry about sanitizing before and after (it’s done before and after). I feel as though they truly understand a busy nyc lifestyle and makes it such a smooth experience. Very clean studio, my only suggestion is that the actual doors in the bathroom need to have some sort of occupancy sign so others know that it’s in use. Even next to the curtained showers it would help. Also this time around there really wasn’t any hot water it was very cold which I feel like can be dangerous after the body has been in hot temps for prolonged periods of time. I know this isn’t really the studios fault I think it may have been due to the previous class ending 30 mins before this one did and it just needed time to reheat? Others commented the same thing with the other showers as well.
