TH 101: Conditioning with Shaun
Great workout , awesome energy from instructor! Challenging & Rewarding!!
TH 101: Upper Body/Core with Solomon
Jesus...
TH 101: Total Body with James
The good: workout itself is intense. Sprints, HIIT, resistance, bear crawl with sliders under the hands... seems like a lot of inspiration from what you see for football type training. Did get a good workout. Bathroom/showers are nice. The bad (for me): orange lights like OTF, the trainer had everyone go around Intro and give him a smile (weird) but never learned our names, hands in and yell go team or something but no one was into it and sounded lame and they didn’t make sure everyone participated, trainer’s method of motivation was, “why isn’t there more energy?” rather than actually doing something to energize the group, not a lot of attention on form, no water fountain, trainers were nice but overall felt corporate cold. Prefer warrior fitness.
TH 101: Total Body with Joe
Great first class by Joe! Lots of intensity and fun!
TH 101: Total Body with Solomon
Solomon and Alex were awesome! Class energy and workout were on point.

????????????????
TH 101: Lower Body/Core with Alonzo
Absolutely fantastic time— felt, for lack of a better word, alive. The class was rigorous, but not overly so— perfect amount that I left exhausted and feeling accomplished, but not as a limp blob. Alonzo was very welcoming and encouraging, too. He easily accommodated a variety of different skill levels. Highly recommend.
TH 101: Total Body with Solomon
Really nice facility and motivating Coach
TH 101: Total Body with Solomon
