About this studio

PLEASE NOTE: Tone House is changing scheduling platforms and classes will be bookable shortly this week! Thanks for your patience. All sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All athletes must arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. How to prepare

All Sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All skill levels welcome. Beginners are required to start with the TH 101 intro class! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the warm-up is integral to the class. You will not be allowed in class if you miss the warm-up.

How to get there

The new Tone House location includes full-service locker rooms, showers, and complimentary towels.

I understand its a 101 class and I'm a regular but Yusef doesn't need to explain 6 exercises and then make the class repeat it all back to him twice like its a test in school and the class is in first grade. It eats up class time and were not paying to memorize the workout plan. just say it once and then remind everyone as we switch exercises every minute. he speaks in a pretty demeaning way to the class as if they're children.
