About this studio

Tone House® is the first-ever extreme, athletic-based group fitness studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. Sessions are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or just want to train like one, Tone House’s goal is to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people. All athletes must arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Latecomers will not be allowed into class. No exceptions. How to prepare

All Sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All skill levels welcome. Beginners are required to start with the TH 101 intro class! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the warm-up is integral to the class. You will not be allowed in class if you miss the warm-up.

How to get there

The new Tone House location includes full-service locker rooms, showers, and complimentary towels.

Ok — lots to say here! The workout — I work out every day and a whole mix of things - Soul, Barry’s, lifting — and I have to say — this was *tough.* This particular class was an enormous amount of cardio, less strength training. The warm up included push ups while running. There was a period when there were burpees btwn sprints. It’s really tough. Also — not at all knee / joint friendly. Between the gallop jumps and the bear crawls and the slider-walks, if you have any knee, wrist, or ankle issues - you will feel them. Facilities cool / different. Very “zone”-y with their red lighting. Front desk staff could not have been nicer or more friendly - very accommodating helpful and chatty. Verdict — even if you’re rather fit, start w/ the 101. I wish i had.

This class is intense but in a fun way

Love! Love! Love my tonehouse. It's been awhile since I've been back, and the workouts are definitely intense. However, every time I come here I always feel so much better after! I have to work on my gallops it's the hardest thing for me right now. Coming back and working on that only would make it better. See you next time! ????

What is ClassPass?
