About this studio

Tone House® is the first-ever extreme, athletic-based group fitness studio aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in everyone. Sessions are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or just want to train like one, Tone House’s goal is to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people. All athletes must arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Latecomers will not be allowed into class. No exceptions. How to prepare

All Sessions are extremely high intensity so please arrive mentally prepared and motivated to give 110%! All skill levels welcome. Beginners are required to start with the TH 101 intro class! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the warm-up is integral to the class. You will not be allowed in class if you miss the warm-up.

How to get there

The new Tone House location includes full-service locker rooms, showers, and complimentary towels.

TH 101: Conditioning with Yusuf
Instructor and staff were great. The overall studio is nice, but the type of workout wasnt up my alley. 45 min. of bear crawls wasnt for me- but I would be willing to try a different day. All the staff said Fridays are always the hardest, but naturally they dont tell you that before you sign up.

Just insanely, incredibly and deliciously awesome. I this class so much. Coach Alex is fantastic - encouraging, motivating and also doesnt let you quit. My favorite night of the week.

They say if you can get through the warmup, you can get through the class. What they dont tell you is sometimes the warmup goes on for half the class. I guess youve never been there until youve been there on a Friday. Lets just say that the overfilled class was a saving grace this time.

What is ClassPass?
