    F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training)

    One of the most challenging classes I have ever taken but Ashlea was amazing with encouragement, good music and help correcting form. Ashlea also provides more challenging more for more advanced but as a basic Physique 57 goer I did fine. I will definitely be looking to take more classes with her and specifically the FIT one.

    Loved sarah. Not sure why anyone would write anything bad about her she was clear and very attentive to form. My only complaint is that the physique facilities need an update. Carpet is worn and the two showers arent enough. Going before work is so stressful.

    Great great workout as always and amazing instructor but was very distracted by some individuals who just had to be educated of spatial awareness and how much noise they make. Its relatively low impact workout and theres no need to exaggerate breathing.

    The ONLY exhale instructor I’ll take anymore, especially now that these classes cost a Whooping 12 credits, and the level of challenge has drastically dropped to almost a basic level, now catered to unfit, out of shape ppl. Prepare to work in his class. Alex is non stop, wasting zero time in the full hour - we covered 4 thigh positions including a glute intermission, then a set of glute work at both the barre + floor, topped off with 2 sets plank work, rather lengthy flat back + round back core sets, adding to the opening arm work that included 14 movements.     Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better. Music hasn’t changed much though in years, not sure if it’s a franchise thing.

    An exceptional class, as usual. Chandon was great about going around and making sure everybody had the proper stances for the exercises. She added in some new exercises I haven't done before, but will definitely incorporate into my own workouts. After class Chandon spent nearly ten minutes helping me practice some of the harder moves that I was having difficulty with in class. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her help.

    This was my first Pure Barre class ever, though have taken Physique about 8 times. The instructor was so nice and welcoming and corrected my form a few times. I found it incredibly challenging but rewarding and of course a great workout. Would have been very difficult to do without any prior barre experience in my personal opinion!

    Grace was excellent - good cues and explanation of poses without overdoing it. Smart sequencing too, just a thoughtful instructor. FYI the space is tiny so come close to class start (no lobby) and there are mirrors in the studio but it's easy to avoid being distracted by them. Also there is very little flow, this is really a yin class ending with yoga nidra with a standard class warm up.
