The way the sound bath is integrated in to the flow and the very insightful verbal guidance made this class a breeze to just jump into for an hour away from busy life. Connecting with our breath and body in such a deep way, with so many other souls who came to do the same. The instructor is fantastic. I could go on but overall, I highly recommend this class.

I teach yoga 7 days a week, as well as take classes at least 3 days a week to support my own personal practice. I can’t tell you the last time a yoga class kicked my ass (in the best way possible) & in a way that was guided to get my body into poses in a healthy, non straining way. I was able to surprise myself, break a sweat and have the most delicious shavasana I’ve had in a while. Good job! I will say this class would have been quite a doozy and potentially overwhelming for anyone who does not already have a very very strong personal practice, but I loved it.

see all reviewsOne of my favorite yoga instructors ever, and an awesome class — I wouldn’t necessarily call it challenging, but I’ve found plenty of non-challenging yoga classes are just 5 minute pigeons — sometimes I’m in the mood for that, but I loved loved loved how this class prioritized restfulness without sacrificing movement and flow. Other things I loved: - free mat rentals; the GORGEOUS atrium; good music; the choices for hands on instruction and for end of class oils; and maybe I was just fortuitous but the instructor was talking about self affirmation in a way that really stuck with me. All so wonderful, big fan, feel stretched and strengthened! Thanks!

The class started with a gentle warm-up, which was perfect for someone like me who is not very flexible. Sara Ma guided us through each pose, providing clear instructions and offering modifications for those who needed them. She also emphasized the importance of proper breathing and mindfulness throughout the practice.
