Lorianne was amazing and the workout was great.
AG Aerial Yoga: Open Level with Molly
Loved this experience of Anti- Gravity & how amazing this Yoga practice can be on so many levels!
AG AIRbarre: Open Level with Lorianne
I'm usually intimidated by Barre classes but this one is still a good workout without being overwhelming. Lorianne is a sweetheart
AG Suspension Fitness: Open Level with Laura
This was more challenging than I expected, in a good way! Laura gave very clear instructions and corrected me every step of the way. She provided us multiple options for each position to make sure we all get something out of it, and even encouraged us to do more than we thought we could (at least for me as a first timer!). I got a great balance of ab and glute workout and a relaxing stretch. The studio itself is small but spacious. But, if you can, arrive in your workout attire because the bathroom is super small.
AG Restorative: Open Level with Josie
Josie is always great. Love this class. I feel so relaxed after, like I just got a massage.
