How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

I love this gym so much - it was a little crowded tonight but still got the job done. I wish it was available on Class Pass more like it used to be.

Instructor had great enthusiasm but the class was definitely on the easy side. Could do with some faster paced and fun music and additional combinations.
Ripped Ride with Kamaye
Kamaye is the best. Her class works you hard and her music is always fresh and fun. Shes also a nice person and comes by while you ride to encourage and motivate, give you weights if you need them, and count you down during challenging portions. This studio is super clean with great staff - brandon was awesome with check in, probably nicest Crunch location in city.
HIIT THE ROAD with Danielle
Theres also an optional abs workout upstairs right after class. Totally worth a go!

Instructor was very boring and played the same music over and over. Very little clear direction
