I can feel the care and intention that is put into this class every time I've attended. My practice deepens each time I'm here, and I'm really grateful for it. I'll add that this class was suuuper tough for me when I was just beginning a few months ago, because it can be very quickly paced at times with sometimes no visual demonstration of the asanas. <3 !

I also appreciate that she asked if we had any injuries as I do have a right knee injury and the exercises can be very challenging for me versus someone without. I appreciated the hands on adjustment as well as the demonstration provided. I do think it’s a bit hard for me to compute all the exercises and how fast we’re going as this is all very new to me. But a good first experience!

This time around while I did have to take breaks I felt like I kept up a little better than the first time. Which makes me feel like I’ve been getting stronger. I did like that we were told it’s okay not to get it right, keep up and to take breaks as needed so overall I felt comfortable in this class and will probably return again at some point to see if I can make even more progress.
