Vinyasa Flow Yoga
I give it two stars because Stephanie is a good instructor. Otherwise its a weird facility, not sure how else to describe it. The classroom was bright fluorescent lights and a loud buzzing sound. The class itself was NOT a vinyasa flow...just a 45 minute stretch. I wouldnt recommend.

This class is no joke. Nikki is hardcore and she will make you sweat and push you to your limits while being really upbeat and fun. Shes big on form and will correct you. The class is nonstop cardio with the occasional weights, not for the weak..
Pilates Fusion
Deceptively difficult, but thats great! I feel like after 6-7 classes with mark I would get somewhat of a sixpack

Best class ever! It'll get you extremely sweaty. Monday classes is mainly cardio so get ready to get your heart rate up! Nikki is freakin amazing. She is supportive and provides great energy! Best class I have taken so far.
