How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early, but not 10mins after their scheduled time. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Gym Time
The door is messed up when you enter the gym and I almost got hurt. So I told the guy at the front desk and he gave me instructions on how to open the door. But what about the other first timers who go there and almost get hurt from the door? I said put a sign up and the guy like laughed at me.

So much more intense than I expected of a Cardio kickboxing class... in a good way! Super nice facilities, with automatic lockers, which you dont always see in Crunch gyms, a nice roomy classroom workout space, solid playlist, and an energetic instructor who will just not quit, AND less points than your average classPASS class....what more can you ask for? Also the 45-minute class run time is ideal for getting an efficient effective workout, without making you bored. Highly recommend!
