    Super nice instructor who was very kind and understanding as it was my first time doing reformer pilates. She did a quick intro and showed me how to use it, as well as named all of the reformer parts. Class was moderately difficult but not as bad as I was anticipating. My glutes did look glamorous afterwards! I would definitely come back again but maybe do it biweekly to keep my muscles from fading.

    One word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

The only note I’d have for Mighty Pilates (not Diana), is that it was a bit distracting to have two classes at once. It was harder to hear Diana when another instructor was also teaching at the same time.
