Total Body Strength Training with Riley
Went there for the first time with my friend. No one showed us where to go or what to do. We stretched for the first 15 minutes which was fine. The instructor then put the workout on the screen and said “get to it”. My friend and I were standing there not sure what to do and no one offered helped and the instructor appeared to have walked away. We literally left after 20 minutes and went for a walk instead. I have tried many different gyms in the Sacramento area and most of them have been extremely welcoming and helpful for the first class. This was the worst experience I have had and I will not be coming back.
Total Body Strength Training with Riley
I would not recommend this class. There was not enough equipment for me participate in the class and very little guidance from the instructor for new participants. This is the third gym I've tried with classpass (before that I worked out at a boxing gym) and this is the first time I've had a truly negative experience. My friend and I walked out halfway through the class because it was so bad. Gyms like this should not participate in classpass if their instructors aren't willing to take the 1-2 minutes it takes to acclimate new students to the class. I would not recommend this class.

Seemed really intimidating at first but you can really go at your pace (while motivated to keep up) and he coaches you throughout the training.

Holy moly I had to come home and lay on the floor for a good 10 mins after this class. GREAT workout and really enjoyed the change up from my usual classes at Orange Theory.
Lower Body Strength Training with Riley
Great workout! Riley was very attentive and corrected my form as needed. Class started with foam roller stretch and the main workout included 4 groups of workout using barbells, weighted sleds, TRX, stability balls and dumbbells. Not a lot of cardio just as I wanted.

What is ClassPass?
