see all reviewsThis was my first time attending Walnut Creek Bar Method(regularly attending another East bay location) and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although I’ve done Bar Method locations before I arrived 15min early for check in, seeing the facility, and meeting the instructor. I suggest any class pass user do this regardless if they’ve done classes but are trying a new location :) Suzie was very helpful and instructional providing many modifications for the variety of students from first timers to regulars who want a challenge. I always see reviews that new students are turned off by being approached, adjusted, or corrected in a class setting but I encourage anyone who sees the physical and mental results/benefits of workout classes to give it a chance and know that even the most seasoned veterans get corrected or adjusted from time to time!
