There was some jumping, but Amber offered low-impact modifications. I loved the movements, and how intentional they were, even the smallest of movements. It was a combination of strength training, barre, mobility, and cardio. Restroom, lockers, and water refill stations available, and parking can be tricky on The Alameda, but I found street parking nearby.

Her directions and transitions from one movement to the next are clear and easy to understand. She also gives you different options that allows you to give yourself challenges while still able to keep up with the class.
