    I was really in a lot of pain that day I woke up and all my joints hurt. This class was so wonderful. It was just what a Yin class should be all the moves were choreographer perfectly and I left there feeling relaxed and pain-free. It was truly amazing. I will definitely go be going again.

I haven’t done barre class in maybe a year thank goodness I was able to hang in there with the rest of the class. I definitely felt my legs and quads were trembling one at the barre in V position.     Amber was a kind and welcoming instructor - it was a small class of about ~11 people, and we used a long stretchy band, cloth loop band, heavy weights, light weights, yoga blocks, and a Pilates ball. There was some jumping, but Amber offered low-impact modifications. I loved the movements, and how intentional they were, even the smallest of movements. It was a combination of strength training, barre, mobility, and cardio. Restroom, lockers, and water refill stations available, and parking can be tricky on The Alameda, but I found street parking nearby.
