About this studio

CB Fit creates a two unique workout experiences! The total body Lagree classes allow clients to dive into their inner power, endurance, and mind body connection through an intimate, small group dynamic. They emphasize CORE stabilization, using a machine called the Megaformer, through increased strength and BALANCE that are powered by the patented Lagree Fitness Method. Celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree created both Megaformer and Method using progressive spring-based resistance so that clients have control of the intensity level while maintaining low impact on the joints. CB Fit also offers a new full body strength and conditioning low impact cardio workout utilizing the Summit Power Tower by Synergy Air. This workout is a 30 min, energy pumping, cardio class available to all levels.

How to prepare

Grip socks are highly recommended for the Lagree classes. Sneakers are required for the Cardio Climb classes. Please wear comfortable workout clothes for both classes.

How to get there

CB Fit Studio is located at 1840 N. Broadway. First time clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to get a run down of the machines.

It was more of a leg work out then anything else

It was meh. I definitely felt it more like a leg workout as oppose to being a cardio work out. With that said, it’s not a bad leg workout, but I would rather do my own leg workouts. It’s like going to the gym and just hogging up one machine.

What is ClassPass?
