    This was an upper body session and Brian explained each workout and fixed my form when it was off. Also I was there 15 mins early but the studio was locked so I wasn’t sure if the class was still happening. However everyone showed up just in time for class.

    Strength and Sculpt

    This was my very first PVOLVE class and I loved it! The instructor, Vanessa, was so kind and welcoming. She took the time to introduce me to some of the moves before we began and she gave clear instructions that were easy to follow even for a newbie. Overall, she led a great workout and I am looking forward to returning to this studio and to attend more of her classes.
