Wendy was an incredible instructor—super detailed with her instructions and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Her energy was so encouraging, and she made the class fun while also keeping us focused on form. I really appreciated how much emphasis she placed on safety, especially since it was my first time. So excited this studio is now on ClassPass—can’t wait to come back!

The instructor made it easy for students with different leveling like beginners and level 2s. The only feedback I have is that I felt there could have been more assistance and critiquing per individual. For example, I noticed they would just look at you in the mirror and repeat the move versus going up to the individual and letting them know. Overall good class and would do again!!

    Class starts out with a nice stretch, warm-up, and then jumps into 10 different exercise stations that you rotate through. 3 to 4 minutes each station with 4 sets each. There was a good variety of different strength workouts (with a mix of a few cardio). I’d say the workout itself is about 30 to 40 minutes.
