Class was fantastic today. Came in with awful aches and pains and Emma listened to what they were and designed a class to address them all.

Jennryn was great and her class had a good mix of strengthening and stretching/restorative poses
Prenatal Yoga with Lindsey
Super gentle, very welcoming teacher and class. Not a challenging flow but a great, safe way to practice, relieve some pregnancy aches, and connect with your baby
Prenatal Yoga with Lindsey
Nice little studio and very friendly vibe. Got a little packed and you could hear street noise from outside (it is DC after all) but class was just the right pace for me - not too intense, perfect for pregnancy!
Prenatal Yoga with Lindsey
Really loving and gentle. Not much of a workout.
