How to prepare

They teach you everything you need to know in class so all you need to bring is your excitement to learn, sweat, and challenge your fitness in a completely new way. For your first class, please fill out our online waiver: https://app.wodify.com/Waivers/SignWEntry.aspx?Token=9FAC4DDA7B55B952E0F2B3CE4826BE7A2636914932D1C259A64F3A084F252121 If you arrive 10 minutes late, you will not be able to attend your class due to lack of warm-up. This is for your own safety and experience in our classes! The warm-ups are an essential part of class!

How to get there

They are in the basement level of 1722 I street. You will see their door on the street level and follow the stairs/signs to the bottom. You can then check in at the front desk.

Love this class! Definitely my favorite. Instructor is fantastic.

I had never done a workout like this before and am definitely out of shape but was able to make it through. Caitlyn does a great job of explaining the forms. Be prepared to be sore the next day though!

I liked the overall class and concept, it was nice to work hard in a comfortable environment with other women. I wasn’t a big fan of the structure of the training though. After our warm up and a few minutes of weighted deadlifts, Caitlyn had us power through 2 exercises every 4 minutes for 12 minutes straight. I personally prefer intervals with rest time so that I don’t overwork myself in a way that isn’t efficient or effective and somewhat discouraging maybe that’s just me though.

This class is awesome! Very “newbie” friendly with lots of modifications to meet you where you’re at. Caitlin is so encouraging and uplifting, she’s the best!!!

What is ClassPass?
