Upbeat music and easy to understand the instruction

Class was a bit large so not much individual attention, but my legs hurt today so that’s good.

This class was challenging but still really accessible and enjoyable.
Dailey Barre with Kristie
The class was good but the instructor focused a bit too much on her own workout rather than those in the class
Dailey Barre with Sarah
This was my first barre class and I loved it. Sarah S. was the best instructor! She was welcoming with all the right balance of encouragement and allowing beginners to work at their own pace. I will definitely be going back!
Dailey Fusion with Taryn
Not as much cardio as I thought there would be
Dailey Cycle 45 with Nicole
