About this studio

At the cutting edge of fitness research, The Dailey Method combines the best of ballet barre work, core conditioning, and muscle strengthening through indoor cycling, yoga, pilates, and orthopedic exercise. Unlike other group classes, The Dailey Method ignites awareness through hands-on training and education, helping you achieve a strong, lean, and sculpted body. Our studio offers barre, cycle, and yoga classes, delivering a balanced, full-body workouts and resulting in a fun, high-calorie burn.

How to prepare

Socks are required for all Dailey Barre, Dailey Express, Dailey Cycle, and Dailey Fusion classes. Bikes are compatible with SPD clips or students may bring regular tennis shoes. New students will not be admitted to class late and returning clients will not be admitted 10 minutes after Dailey Barre or Fusion classes start and 5 minutes after Dailey Cycle classes start.

How to get there

The studio is located on 12th and U Street NW, with an entrance on U Street. There is metered public parking on U Street, as well as residential parking in the surrounding area. If traveling by Metro, the U Street Metro Station is located directly across the street.

What is ClassPass?
