Dailey Barre with Sarah
Sarah was really welcoming and helpful during the class. it was challenging, but not impossible.
Candlelight Yoga with Leah
Definitely had a good stretch in this class - I enjoyed it altho it felt a bit like a combo of yoga and barre rather than just yoga which is not what I was expecting
Dailey Cycle 45 with Molly
The instructor did a really good job of explaining things throughout the class.
Dailey Barre with Sarah
Sarah was an awesome instructor and it was definitely a full-body workout. The studio was pretty small, so it can get kind of crowded. I felt like I was way too close to the people next to me and front of me. Also wear grippy socks if you have them. I don't and at two points in particular, I wish I did.
Dailey Cycle 45 with Molly
Molly is an upbeat and encouraging instructor. Great music selections too.
Dailey Barre with Marlissa
Staring at a blank wall doing various squats for an hour .... definitely not for me. Also, I'm not sure why they don't tell you to wear grip socks and not just "socks," because it's really dangerous just to wear regular socks (slipping everywhere). I assume it's because they want you to buy their grip socks... which is pretty manipulative and a major liability.
Dailey Cycle with Crysten
Really good workout. I wish the bike stuff was more choreographed
Dailey Barre with Molly
LOVED this class. I'll be there again.
Dailey Barre with Taryn
Taryn is a great instructor
Dailey Barre Express with Kelly
Really great, fun class for a first time barre student. Highly recommend. Very helpful and kind teacher!
