I love this class! Emily Collinson was so upbeat and attentive, I can’t wait to take her class again. I felt that for how fast paced of a class this is she timed each move really well and explained good form for doing so too which can be lost in 50 min workout and I appreciate in an instructor, otherwise what’s the point of having one... All the moves had modifications or advanced options that I felt was the perf combo to push me but let me feel comfortable to try something new! I also loved her music selection and definitely added to my overall motivation of the class!! Emily killed it, 10/10 recommend

About this studio

Join us at [solidcore] the intense, full-body, Pilates based workout on our customized machine appropriately named [sweatlana] - she’s intense. You’ll be guided by a high energy [solidcore] Coach sequencing core, lunge, squat and upper body moves that work your muscle fibers to failure. It’s been called the hardest workout and, trust us, your body will notice immediately. Give us 50 minutes at our striking studio and start creating the [stronger], more sculpted version of you. 202 800 2066

How to prepare

If this is your first visit, download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your ClassPass email & sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks/shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before class time, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, must arrive 15 minutes early or won't be allowed into class. ClassPass users must pay for all merchandise purchased in studio by leaving credit card information with coach.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
