You do not need to sign up for class in your account - you are already reserved. Students that arrive late will NOT be permitted into class.

FREE Convenient parking directly in front of their studio in the Bradley Shopping Center Parking Lot. Students that arrive late will NOT be permitted into class.

Spencer is always challenging, it’s tough but I love it

Love this studio. All the instructors (including Kelly) are welcoming and encouraging. Tough but great class. This is for intermediate and advanced people that are familiar with Pilates. If you like the it hurts so good sensation, youll love this class.

Love this studio. Theres a lot more balance between cardio and toning than other Pilates classes.

Fun, fast paced class. She was sure to ask about any limitations beforehand and encouraged modifications if needed. Overall a great jumpboard class!

This waa my second time and was much smoother and stronger, very enjoyable class getting the burn i crave.

Nice studio in convenient location. I've only done pilates a couple times, so it was challenging to balance and keep form tight. Appreciate Kelly making it more of a full body intro class, to ease into the equipment, though I wanted to hit glutes harder.

Not as challenging as what Ive come to expect at this studio. The transitions were much slower. However the teacher was nice and very welcoming. Ill keep it in mind when Im in the mood for a different pace.

Boring workout. Repetitive moves for a long time. No adjustments and lacking instructions on what we should focus on. Instructor didn't pay attention to the class. Half the class didn't know how to get situated in the machine and how to do the moves; the instructor just went on demonstrating. Few times where we didn't know when we were supposed to start another rep. Wanted to leave this class early. Felt bad for a few people who had question mark stars around their head the entire time. Instructor was not engaging at all.
