How to prepare

For health & safety reasons, they require that clients wear socks for class. They recommend "sticky" socks which can be purchased in-studio for $14.

How to get there

Fuel Body Lab Shaw is nestled in Blagden Alley which holds a ton of history; its neighbors include La Colombe Coffee, The Dabney, Wag Time, Long View Gallery, Lost & Found and Tiger Fork. The studio is urban with graffiti-like signage, but chic and warm once inside. ​Google maps shows the studio appearing slightly closer to M street, when in fact it is at the intersection of Blagden Alley and Blagden Alley NW. What is ClassPass?
