How to prepare

For the bike classes, try to avoid pants that are too loose and flowy. If you have cycling shoes with SPD clips, bring 'em! If not, sneakers are great. For the barre classes, because your feet may be in the air at times we recommend wearing something that will keep you comfortably covered. Grippy socks are recommended! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time. Any unattended spots will be given away to those on the waitlist 5 minutes before classes start.

Great workout & instructor, but the music was so loud, and not all of the bikes had cages on them for those who don’t have spin shoes.

What is ClassPass?
