Lauren was amazing!!
barre3 with Lindsay
So crowded that it was hard to move or receive a lot of adjustment—sometimes I was all over the place doing different poses (ie the “incline carousel horse”) but the instructor didn’t make any adjustments or comments
barre3 with Lindsay
Love Lindsay! Challenging but motivating class. Nourishing flow.
barre3 with Laura
As always Barre3 is a really fulfilling, enjoyable but hard workout. Laura is wonderful and helpful. She showed me ways to work out my upper back since it was bothering me. She’s great! Thank you Laura and Barre3!
barre3 with Alicia
The instructor was so great and very attentive! I felt like she really cared about everyone’s progress and this type of class is a really great mix of high energy dance moves and meditative at times. It’s really the perfect way to end a stressful day at work.
barre3 with Kelly
