About this studio

b.fit barre blends strength training, Pilates and ballet-barre work in a high-energy, core-strengthening workout that isolates muscle groups, using precise, targeted reps. The method is based on the concept that fitness-savvy consumers are constantly in pursuit of new and challenging, results-oriented techniques. Classic b.fit barre classes are recommended for all levels, 45-minute barre burners are recommended for intermediate-level barre students, and barre basics is recommended for all first-time barre students, but everyone is welcome.

How to prepare

Please note that grippy socks are required in the studio, and are available for purchase.

How to get there

The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a turn-of-the-century building at 1339 14th St. It is next door to Birch & Barley, and signage is on the door. Please buzz the studio on the call box for entry.

Amanda was great! However, I don’t think this class is truly suitable for beginners as stated on the ClassPass page (I was hardcore struggling, haha and I don’t think there are modifications for most moves). Also, the studio’s website is down and there’s little info about the studio on the ClassPass page - if anyone is wondering, I didn’t notice any towels available and there is a place to fill your water bottle.

What is ClassPass?
