see all reviewsBri was great! The flow was challenging but enjoyable, and I definitely got a good workout in. Even with a smaller class, it was very intense temperature wise. Personally, 90 degrees is a little too warm for me. I find 80 degrees much more bearable but that’s obviously personal preference. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was friendly, the studio and bathrooms were clean, and the class itself was well-paced and engaging. I’d definitely consider coming back, especially during the colder winter months!
