How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 with Emily
Was a very basic flow. Instructor kept forgetting the sequences so often did different things on different sides. I feel like the heat of the room was so high to mask the fact that I wouldn’t have sweat otherwise and to make us feel like we were getting our money’s worth. Kind of expect more from corepower.
C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 with Mina
The instructor was really bad
C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 with Anna
Really great flow thank you Anna!
YS - Yoga Sculpt with Hannah
This was a good workout and the instructor had great energy, but it was not first-timer friendly like the C1 classes I’ve taken here. I didn’t know what props were needed, and the music was so loud during the latter part of class that I couldn’t hear any of the instructor’s cueing. Definitely needed a towel and lots of water...
YS - Yoga Sculpt with Henry
Henry was amazing! He’d taught two sculpt classes right before the one I attended, and still managed to bring positive energy and focus to the room. The cardio series was one of the best I’ve experienced in a Sculpt class. Energy was high the whole way through, and the class was super challenging in a great way :)

Good balance work!
C2 - CorePower Yoga 2 with Adrianne
Core power disappoints me as an exercise class and as a yoga class
YS - Yoga Sculpt with Olivia
Olivia is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. She is incredibly challenging and I literally have never sweat so much in one class in my life. She does a great job coordinating the exercises to the music too. Unbelievably hard but amazing! Loved it! I thought about giving it four stars because several people in the class were on their cell phones checking email and texting near me - I’ve literally never seen a cell phone in class before today- but I felt like Olivia’s class was so great I wouldn’t want her to have fewer than five stars. It was a very challenging workout.
C1- CorePower Yoga 1 with Ameer
Broke a sweat but I felt super relaxed when all was said and done. Loved it
YS - Yoga Sculpt with Lilly
By far the best sculpt class I’d been too. Lilly was so happy and really brightened my day. I loved her high energy. It put a smile on my face. Can’t wait to take this class again. Loved her happiness intention.
