How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

Annas detailed and thoughtful curing elevated this class. The sequence was pretty basic and not particularly physically challenging, but she is very good at drawing out the subtle things to focus on throughout practice. I really enjoy her teaching. If you are expecting a sweaty, workout kind of class, Id recommend perhaps one of Corepowers sculpt classes. But Anna is great for a more thoughtful practice
C1- CorePower Yoga 1 with Isabella
Very slow class. She demonstrated very basic moves multiple times. I would recommend you take this class only if you are a VERY beginner yogi- < 5 classes or are intimidated by yoga in general or just looking for an easy class. I know this is C1 but I also believe the instructor should be able to gauge her audience to see that she had all experienced people and could allow us to flow a little more.

Anna's classes are always phenomenal. Excellent combination of mindfulness and a challenging workout with room to improvise

What is ClassPass?
