About this studio

Located in the heart of Old Town, Refresh Yoga Center focuses on teaching Vinyasa flow, Prenatal, stretch, and yin. Students come to feel fit, strong, and calm. We offer massage and reiki as well for total wellness.

How to prepare

It is recommended to wear light-weight, comfortable clothes that allow you free range of motion. Bring your own mat or Refresh offers rental mats for $2. Please remove your shoes before entering class.

How to get there

Refresh is located on the 2nd floor at 110 King St. above The Creamery Ice Cream Parlor. For free parking, go two blocks North for spaces near Founder's Park.

Very welcoming and low key. I would have liked a bit more deep stretching, but I think I just misunderstood what yin is all about. They even gave a little welcoming package with a Yogi tea bag. Adorable.

Great class and instructor, just not my pace at the moment. :) Sandy was incredibly accommodating in her instructions and I've never felt more relaxed. But just looking for something a bit more up tempo.

What a welcoming and supportive atmosphere! I’ve never been to a yoga practice with so much helpful guidance, actual use of straps/blocks/cushions, and two instructors to adjust and support yogis. I’ll be back!

Great instructor! Lots of stretching, some balancing and a couple of sun salutes. Good for beginners and those with sore/tight muscles. If you want more of a challenging flow go to her vinyasa class at 6:30!

What is ClassPass?
