I really enjoyed the flow of the class. Vicky also checked in on me and the other students throughout the class, offering great modifications to adjust the level of intensity during the workout. The instructor was extremely thoughtful for giving multiple options to complete exercises to accommodate everyone’s skill level without being asked and I really appreciated that. This gym offers several classes, gym space and equipment of course, a sauna, showers, the heated leg casts and reclining chairs for comfort and several massager guns, which I thought was convenient. There’s a parking garage right next to the gym so there’s no excuse!!!!
