see all reviewsLooooved this class. It was challenging but in a great way and it wasn’t crazy hot in there. You’ll get a bit sweaty for sure but I enjoyed that the studio wasn’t so hot. The instructor was so nice and she challenged us but in a supportive and fun way. This class was better than any cup of coffee or energy drink lol. Will definitely recommend and come back :)

One note I’d make is that it is sometimes hard to hear the instructor over the music if she’s on the other end of the studio room; I’d recommend turning the music down a notch or speaking from the center of the room.

The instructor’s prompts could’ve come a few beats earlier to prepare to flow into the next move, but overall it was still a fun class, if a bit uncoordinated feeling at times.

The class was the perfect balance of cardio and strength- I have visited other barre studios but barre3 blew them out of the water. I was not expecting to sweat that much! I will absolutely be back.

The pacing was good, every time i felt like i was dying we were almost done with the set, so although i had to take a bunch of breaks bc im out of shape, i never fell behind or felt pushed too far.
