    If you’re looking for a solid HIIT class to improve your fitness, Elevate is it. When I first took one of these classes, I couldn’t walk for 3 days.     I love club AJ! ;) I really appreciate how this class is never the same. I’ve been going to this class every week for almost two years and it’s always new and challenging.     Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    This class was great - although extremely hard. I would not do a super solid unless you’ve done at least 25-50 classes. Mina is really amazing coach and gives plenty of encouraging feedback. My only critique is this studio, unlike every other in DC is SO HOT. PLEASE turn on the air even if it is not cool, feels like there is no fresh air circulating in the studio.

    Liana is seriously awesome. She sequences an incredible class that really packs in so much leg and glute work (and yes, core too!). I love the Buns & Guns format my main complaint about the regular Solidcore classes is that there is so much focus on core that form suffers, and skimps on larger lower body muscles that end up not fully exhausted.     Amy was so awesome! She came right up to me and introduced herself and asked my name and was fantastic at explaining everything. There were a lot of new people and even one person who had never done yoga before, but Amy was super kind and clear and funny. I really enjoyed her teaching style and hope to take her class again.
