see all reviewsI was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

see all reviewsJeremiah is a great instructor- good with form suggestions and modifications and also super upbeat. This is the first upper body class I’ve taken over the last several months that included core exercises, which I really appreciate and wish was incorporated into every upper body class (not sure if the instructor or the studio chooses the programming). Either way, get your butt to E60! It’s guaranteed to be sore the next day ;)

I took Alex's Weekend Warriors class and that was a fun, challenging flow that kept me tuned in throughout class. see all reviewsMy session with Coach Debbee was great! It ended up being 1x1 in Meridian Hill Park, which meant I got an hour of personalized training. Coach Debbee is really friendly and attentive as she led me through a full body work out that got my heart rate up. She also showed me how to tweak some exercises in my existing rotation to make them more effective. I was definitely feeling it the next day, which is what I was looking for!
