    Great experience, energy, and encouragement! I love that we all have our own box, and I like the mirrored room and lights. Charlie is so clear, helpful, and positive and made this a great first class for me. This was a nice mix of strength and cardio, and I certainly felt challenged to push myself.     I had a great first class! if you know the format of f45, this is similar but you don't need to move around to as many stations. you and a partner just switch between two. fewer movements and more reps so it's easier to focus on form. Corbin and the other team member (I think her name was Jen?) were great. super welcoming and good sense of humor. focused on form and safety and made me laugh more than once. Corbin walked around checking form and offering modifications which kept him busy given how many new folks were there. loved it!
