see all reviewsReally good workout, challenging but manageable - they didn’t really offer modifications but it was pretty easy to figure some out if you needed. Instructors were nice. The gates only opened five minutes beforehand. It is partially outside so beware in the heat. Music was loud but not at the level of some other places, and they turned it down to give instructions which I appreciated.

Kind of like a combo of spin and dance, where you’re on the bike, but changing your pace to match the music and throwing in some not strictly biking movements. The instructor was friendly and took the time to get me set up and fill me in on class lingo and what to expect. It was a good workout for me (a pretty active human), but I think it’d be approachable for newer to fitness folks too, since there’s lots of ability to modify and go at your own pace. Some things you might like to know: * it’s pretty loud, so earplugs would be good to block out some noise. *not sure if it’s always like this, but the music selection was on the more risqué side. *the lights do change frequently and somewhat abruptly from dim-ish studio lighting, to UV, to no lights on at all (dark)

Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!
