    Pete is a great instructor. He looks after us to make sure we have the correct form while doing the exercises. He is encouraging and motivating. He has great equipment and is creative integrating with the outdoors.

    Great workout. A bit hard to hear the instructions over the music, which was a bit confusing since the class was split into two groups receiving different directions (floor strength training and treadmill). Perfect speed once you’ve done it once though, no wasted time. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are totally new to working out, unless you are very good at taking the initiative to ask for help on what exercises are. For example, the workout this time happened to involve dumbbell snatches which I don’t think are the most common exercise.

    High energy! Jorge was great - he called members names to encourage them to push themselves. Upon arriving to my spot, I had a nice “welcome” card. My brother was visiting from Boston and they gave a shout out to him as well. Great facilities and friendly staff!
