see all reviewsIf you’re intimidated by solidcore, don’t be! The beginner50 class was a great intro. Instructor was so encouraging and kind, explained things well, and provided modifications. The class was still super hard but I loved it and felt so powerful.

see all reviewsGreat class! There wasn’t much of an intro for BODYPUMP beginners, but fairly straightforward for past BODYPUMPers. There were a couple of microphone issues making it hard to hear sometimes, but the instructor did a great job with the audio cues for the exercises.

I've only done a handful of yoga classes in the past and know the basic terms, poses, etc. but Samantha made it very easy to follow along and not feel like I had no idea what we were supposed to be doing.
