Most recent reviews

Hot Flow with Maicie
Really jarring music...like rock. Not a great combo with the yoga
Yin Yoga with Matthew
Was like 4 basic stretches I would do at home all laying on the floor. Maybe good for some, not I. I don't believe in star reviews so 5 stars for all!
All Levels Flow with Kasia
Kasia's flow was just a little bit too repetitive for my taste, since I easily get tired of doing the same motions over again. But overall a great class with a good balance of relaxing and challenging portions!
All Levels Flow with Lindsay
Consider not having music with lyrics during a flow. It’s distracting to some.
All Levels Flow with Becky
Not sure I would call this “all levels,” the flow was very fast with barely any focus on alignment. The room was also very crowded and hot. I had to focus on not hitting my neighbors during poses. In reading the reviews for this place, it looks like the definition of “all levels” varies wildly based on the instructor! With Becky at least, I’d call this an intermediate class. As someone just starting to get back into yoga, this class was not ideal for my needs. Wish they more accurately labeled their classes so people knew what they were getting themselves into! Some of the other reviews indicate that “all levels” sometimes means slower and stretchy and that’s more what I was looking for.
All Levels Flow with Gregory
Greg was a great instructor. This was a great yoga class. It was both tough but doable for people of all ability levels.
All Levels Flow with Becky
Becky was so nice and really helpful with my form! The class overall was really great!
Pilates with Sarah
Could use more organization/structure in the instructions
All Levels Flow with Gregory
Great teacher; strength/balance/endurance/mindfulness all wrapped up into one class. & particularly cool flow today (so fluid it was almost like dancing Yoga).
All Levels Flow with Kasia
Left disappointed - this was not a flow class. Never got warm. This was 85% stretching in place, 10% breath work, and 5% flow. This is a great studio but did not enjoy this class.
