    Fast paced, very much like Barry’s but better than that for the amount of credits. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners though, since there is no focus on form and the class is in a very dark room, so no one would notice even if you were doing it wrong. But if you are used to strength training and all you need is someone to push you, 10/10 this is a good class.

High intensity and my arms were screaming by the end, but the intervals were short enough that I could keep pushing myself without just standing there staring at the clock willing time to pass by.     Gene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications.     There is signage for Transform 180, but also still the Denali Fitness signage from a recent acquisition. I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
